Standard Terms of Business: From 31st January 2013 all instructions to Counsel at One Brick Court are accepted on The Standard Contractual Terms for the Supply of Legal Services by Barristers to Authorised Persons 2012 (“The Bar Council Standard Terms”) unless otherwise expressly agreed by Counsel before acceptance.
Professional indemnity insurance: Each barrister at One Brick Court has professional indemnity insurance and this is provided by Bar Mutual (BMIF).
