IPSO launches its Arbitration Scheme
IPSO has today announced the launch of its pilot arbitration scheme. The scheme enables members of the public to bring legal complaints against IPSO members who have signed up to the scheme. If successful, complainants may be entitled to remedies and costs. The scheme is a pilot only, and IPSO has said it will review it after 12 months.
